Weekly classes
This course aims to help you to focus on an art-based activity and provide an alternative way to express your emotions and reflect on the challenges that you face. Content includes:
- Exploring different mediums
- Writing, drawing, creating, movement, designing.
- How to mind map and brainstorm
- Tools to make decisions.
- How to manage ‘change’ on paper

How to Get Started Using Microsoft Office Excel (Beginner)
This course that will give you the skills and confidence you need to carry out basic tasks in Microsoft Excel. You will get started with this powerful software, used across the world for a range of business and personal tasks and develop skills that you can use at home or in the workplace.
Over four weekly sessions you will learn how to:

Digital Skills for ESOL
This short course supports learners with low level English to develop their digital skills. The entry level course is a simple introduction to basic digital skills, teaching learners how to use their devices, to resolve simple problems, create basic documents, and stay safe and secure online, giving learners the confidence to progress to a level 1 course and beyond.

Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Course
Functional Skills Maths Level 2 is accepted by many employers and higher education institutions as an alternative to a GCSE Maths 9 to 4 (A* to C). This qualification is designed for learners who wish to develop their mathematical skills to help them gain the most from work, education and everyday life. These courses are free for those who meet all the following funding requirements :
– you live in a London /Greater London Borough*
– you are not in full time education
– you have not achieved this qualification before
– you are aged 19 or older on 31st August 2025
-Have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning
If you don’t have permission to live in the UK for 12 months from the first day of learning there are exemptions which can be discussed with the IAG advisor that will contact you.
