In July 2025, Wandsworth Council approved a bold ten-year Regeneration Plan to revitalise the Winstanley and York Road neighbourhoods. Built around priorities shaped by community feedback, this long-term investment will deliver around 2,550 new homes, alongside modern community facilities, greener public spaces, and better-connected streets – all designed to improve the everyday lives of local residents.
