This Level 3 Award in Delivering Training is the ideal starting point if you’re ready to take your first step into the world of professional training. Whether you’re new to training or have some experience, this qualification will help you improve and develop your skills in delivering effective training.
You’ll learn how to plan and prepare courses effectively, master various delivery methods, and develop powerful questioning techniques. The flexible study programme allows you to balance your learning with other commitments, and you’ll receive support throughout the duration of the course.
Upon completion, you’ll have a Level 3 Award that demonstrates your competence in delivering training, which can open doors to new opportunities and help you stand out in a competitive job market.

About You
You are a trainer, aspire to become one or are in a post that requires you to undertake training activities but are not necessarily in a delivery role. You are ready to move your career to the next level and are committed to your professional development.
What You Need to Know
The course will consist of four workshops, with access to a range of online learning materials alongside assessment against the qualification criteria.
The course will cost £350, which can be funded over 2 instalments. You can find WCLL’s Course Fees Policy HERE.
Prior to enrolment you need to undertake an initial assessment in English and achieve either a Level 1 or Level 2 result and also be able to complete self study exercises between classroom assignments.
Once registered, an advisor will be in touch to arrange a meeting to discuss the course in more detail.

Once registered we will contact you to check your eligibility before starting the enrolment process. To be eligible for funding for this course, learners must:
- Be aged 19+
- Live in London
- Have not already achieved a L3 or above qualification. Please note if you earn under £27,007.50 you are eligible for funding even if you already have a L3 or above qualification
- Work within a suitable role
