Having strong communication skills helps you in every stage of your life both personal and professional and good interpersonal skills are essential to building relationships, maximising performance and avoiding misunderstandings.
This short course will teach you the techniques and knowledge to develop your communication skills for impact in the long term. You will learn:

Building and Maintaining Relationships in the Workplace
This short course explores the elements that help teams work well together and why teamwork matters. It looks at the importance of teamwork in a professional setting and offers practical advice on how to build stronger working relationships through better communication and collaboration.. With a mix of discussion and reflection, you’ll gain tools to communicate more effectively at work, and contribute positively to your team.

These courses are free for those who meet all the following funding requirements :
– you live in a London /Greater London Borough*
– you are not in full time education
– you have not achieved this qualification before
– you are aged 19 or older on 31st August 2025
-Have permission to live in the UK for at least 12 months from the first day of learning
If you don’t have permission to live in the UK for 12 months from the first day of learning there are exemptions which can be discussed with the IAG advisor that will contact you.
