If you are in an advisory role where you provide information, advice or guidance (IAG) to customers, it’s crucial to know what can be shared legally and professionally and how to do this clearly and accurately with valued clients.
The short introductory course is a must for people who want to level-up their skill into a nationally recognised qualification. The introduction will give an overview of the Level 2 accredited course and act as a route into the full accredited course.
Progressing to the level 2 course will improve your skills and ensure that you’re aware of the fundamental principles for successful information sharing and how to manage information in a way that complies with the law.
