Meetings may be viewed as the bane of people’s working lives but we can’t function without this important communication channel. Meetings can become a nuisance when there are too many of them with no strong purpose that run for too long.

Content includes:
- The 10 Golden Rules of productive meetings
- Roles and responsibilities of the Chair and of the participants
- The purpose of meetings, the reasons why you might hold one
- Understanding why people don’t like them.
