Facilitator: Lyn Degenhardt
Lyn has worked for over 25 years as a self-employed project manager, coach and trainer. Her clients range from Nobel laureates to people with learning disabilities.
Lyn developed her own resilience partly as a result of a patchy education – she dropped out of school without qualifications when she was 14. However, she re-entered education, gaining a BA and MSc and finally working as a director in the not-for-profit sector before establishing her freelance career.
