- Customer expectations

- Questioning, listening & body Language
- Consumer rights act 2105
- Turning complaints to opportunities
- Internal and external customers
- Creating the wow factor
The qualifications on offer are:
Level 1: 3 x2-hour online sessions
Level 2: 1 x2 hours online sessions
There will be assignments and a test to complete, with some self-study required.
