Session 1: Planning for a New Future

• Self-Reflection – Where are you now?
• Identifying your transferable Skills
• Exploring alternative careers
What skills, knowledge or qualifications do you need to develop to make a change?

Session 2 : Essential Digital Skills

• Using Email for Beginners
Learn how to use e-mail software tools and techniques to compose emails, send messages and manage incoming emails effectively.
• Using the Internet for Work & Everyday Use
Learn how to access the Internet better and use browser tools more effectively to search for jobs or learning opportunities.

Session 3: Retirement Options

• Planning your retirement
• How much money will you need in retirement?
• Importance of taking stock, planning and budgeting for this new chapter

Session 4: Personal Behaviour for Success

• Identify how personal behaviour affects personal success
• The importance of resilience
• Setting personal action plans
