Ever wondered how to turn cupboard basics into tasty nutritious dishes?
Using the Eatwell Plate as a guide to healthy eating, you will learn how to stock your food cupboard and then use these ingredients to plan and cook healthy meals for your family. You will also learn about:
- batch cooking and grouping meals to help your meal planning
- using freezer friendly recipes
- using leftovers
- using mindful eating to improve your health
All this will give you new techniques and knowledge that you can then implement for longer term impact.
