Train to Gain - support for your business
Train to Gain is part of the Government’s national business support and development programme for employers. Our Train to Gain team will analyse your business training needs and design and deliver training that has been customised to suit your requirements.
We can also help you to make the most of any available business training grants or subsidies.
We work with business across London, particularly those based in South and Central London.
Our training leads to recognised national qualifications ranging from basic level skills to Levels 2-4 as well as higher-level qualifications such as Leadership and Management.
We offer:
• Information and advice on staff training and development options
• A business training needs analysis
• A staff training development plan
• Access to high quality training and qualifications
• Support for your business and employees while they are training
Ofsted reports that over 75% of employers interviewed report that benefits from Train to Gain include reduced staff turnover, improved working practices and health and safety. (The Impact of Train To Gain on Skills in Employment, Ofsted September 2008).
