Wandsworth Lifelong Learning is always searching for new opportunities to widen the breadth of what we offer with even greater benefits for the local community. Currently, we are working with projects that are funded by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union with partners in Italy, Germany, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus.

We are currently updating this page, for past projects that we have been involved in please see below:

  • LICOLico - This 30 month project aims to develop a toolbox of materials for personnel of adult training organisations to use to update and improve the approach, processes and methodology used within Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) session practice.   • NetQ6NetQ6 - This 3 year project promotes dialogue, co-operation and innovation in pre-school and early childhood education through a comprehensive network of partners from across Europe. The in-depth analysis of 0-6 education in Europe will result in a compilation of the best European practices with a guide of recommendations for replication. See  for more details.
  • COACH4U - This project involves working with 4 other European partners to enable adult learning professionals to use
    coaching skills and develop high quality learning resources to maximize outcomes for learners. See for more details.

  • Family Learning and Ethnic Minority Engagement (FLAME) – working with 4 other European partners this project is using Family Learning courses and strategies to improve progression to further education, volunteering and employment.  The project includes partners with well established structures for Family Learning as well as those where the concept is not commonly used.  The scope of the project allows for a high level of innovation and opportunity for partners to transfer project methodologies and share best practice.
