This programme offers an opportunity for people who currently work in or are looking to progress into the Health and Social Care sector. Roles may include care assistants, support workers and social workers.

- Health and wellbeing
- Working professionally
Qualification upon completion include:
Intermediate Apprenticeship in Adult Care
Care Certificate
or
Advanced Apprenticeship in Lead Adult Care
Care Certificate
Delivery is very flexible with opportunities to start throughout the year. Blended learning and assessment will take place in the workplace where one of the experienced tutors/ assessors will visit on a monthly basis. Apprentices will also be able to attend relevant off-the-job sessions to support them. Learners will be assessed by an independent organisation at the end of their qualification. This is referred to as End Point Assessment (EPA).
Duration: 12 to 18 months
